OK, come on, Phoebe, spill the beans - WHAT is going in here? It has certainly got their attention and they are both really concentrating.

We were at la fête de la science and these were some sort of 3D viewers. Honestly I'm so lo-tech that I couldn't see the point but the little kid enjoyed "walking" around a hotel. Put your head up, you see the ceiling, look left you see what's there etc. JF was just mucking around being silly with his Blackberry

A 3D viewer of sorts, not actually as useful as your suggestions!

That's exactly what it was, a 3D virtual reality viewer. My husband was just being silly with his phone though!

Stretching the boundaries of technology, was it fun?

We were at a huge science fair (a national event across France) where everything was cutting edge. My boys loved it.

I was just introduced to this new "view finder" technology and it's awesome!
